In these Terms and conditions, “we”, “us”, and “our” refers to Leopard Prints Studio. Your access to and use of all information on this website, including the purchase of our product(s), is provided subject to the following terms and conditions. The information is intended for residents of the United Kingdom only. We reserve the right to amend this Notice at any time, and your use of the website following any amendments will represent your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended. We, therefore, recommend that each time you access our website you read these terms and conditions.

Shopping

You can order products online via www.leopardprints.studio. When you place an order for a product, you are offering to buy it for the price stated. We will send you an order acknowledgement by email. We may refuse to accept an order if:

  • To register with the website and shop you must be over 18 years of age.
  • We do not receive your payment.
  • There has been a pricing, discount offer, or products description error.
  • The ordered products are out of stock or discontinued.
  • Personalised products contain content that may cause annoyance or inconvenience (such as indecent, offensive, racist, or pornographic material).

We are not permitted to sell goods that include alcohol to anyone under 18. By ordering any products that contain alcohol from our website, you confirm that both you and the recipient of this item(s) are aged 18 years or over. We reserve the right to refuse to sell or deliver products containing alcohol at our discretion.

In any refusal, we will immediately refund your payment method for the total amount debited where your card has been charged.

Import duties & taxes may apply upon receipt of international orders. Duties & taxes are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country. Therefore, it will be your responsibility to pay these charges if and when asked by authorities.

Discount codes cannot be used when purchasing sale items, may exclude certain items, and are for a limited time only.

Our return policy does not apply to the refusal of delivery, return of delivery, perishable goods, or items that have been personalised or custom-made for you.

Bespoke Orders

When placing a bespoke order with us with a logo, text, phrase, or slogan, you agree to us publishing images of your finished item(s) on our website and for advertising purposes. You always have the right to request that we take down such materials at any point, or not to publish them in the first place when placing the order. If such a request is made, we will remove it within 2 to 3 working days; however, we cannot recall any already distributed items.

Payment

You must pay for your order before it is delivered, and you can do so by credit card, debit card, or through PayPal. We use the latest security measures to protect your details when you shop with us. We use 256-bit SSL Software to encrypt your information when you visit and place an order on our secure server.

Availability

We try to keep our site as up to date as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that all our products will always be in stock. If an item is out of stock, we will aim to deliver within 30 days. If we cannot dispatch an item to you within 30 days, you can request a cancellation, and we will cancel the order and refund your money in full.

Order Cancellations

For standard, non-custom items on our website, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. If you wish to cancel your order, you can notify us by contacting our customer services.

Important Note on Custom Items: You cannot cancel your order if the goods that you have ordered are perishable goods, or if the product is personalised or custom-made to your requirements. Due to the nature of our products, they are immediately sent for production. Please check your order details during the order process and the confirmation email carefully, as we cannot refund or cancel your order for personalised products which have been misspelt or if you have a change of heart.

Please note that we do not proofread or check personalisations due to our automated system, and a product may come blank or with a fixed design/text if you do not enter any personalisation details.

Delivery

We deliver to destinations within the UK and certain parts of Europe. We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address that you give us during your order process. We endeavour to dispatch goods on the day we specify within the product page; however, we cannot guarantee dispatch on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside specified lead times. We also cannot accept liability or costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries where goods are sent directly from our manufacturers, or for delays in delivery caused by any third party. Dispatch times shown on product pages are indicative only and may vary during peak times or if the item is out of stock.

Orders will be dispatched with your chosen delivery method, or via a tracked service at our discretion for larger parcels. Goods returned described as undeliverable or not called for will be subject to a redelivery charge. We reserve the right to wait up to 30 days from the date of dispatch before replacing an undelivered item. If you do not receive your order within 30 days from the ordered date, we do not take liability unless you notify us in writing or by email within 30 days of the order date.

Working Hours: Our working hours are Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. All dispatch and delivery timescales do not include weekends or bank holidays. Next Working Day delivery to Northern Ireland, overseas UK addresses, and parts of Scotland will take an extra day.

  • Standard or 2nd Class Mail (UK only): Royal Mail or Evri aim to deliver within 2-3 working days, though this is not guaranteed.
  • Express or 1st Class Mail (UK only): Royal Mail or Evri aim to deliver within 1-2 working days, though this is not guaranteed.
  • Express & Tracked (UK only): Royal Mail or Evri aim to deliver within 1-2 working days, though this is not guaranteed.
  • Next Working Day: Orders received by the cut-off time stated on the product page will be delivered the next working day (excludes NI, overseas UK, and parts of Scotland).

Please note that all our items require production time as stated on individual product pages; the delivery timescales above are estimated from the point of dispatch.

Returned Orders

Any package that is returned to us as ‘not called for’ or for any other reason will be notified to you via your registered email address. If you do not re-arrange delivery with us within 30 days of the notice, we will dispose of your package, and no refund or compensation will be available to you.

Returns Policy

We believe that you will be satisfied with your purchase. If you feel that you need to return an item, we will keep this process simple. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

We have no liability to you unless you notify us of any damaged, defective, or incorrect quantity items within 72 hours of delivery. You must return non-customised goods within 30 days of receiving them, in an unused state complete with original packaging and all components, and we will refund you the price paid for that product including basic outbound delivery costs. Please note that refunds for items bought as gifts can only be issued to the original purchaser.

The cost of the return is your responsibility, except if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit; we highly recommend sending the package by a tracked or signed-for service.

Our return policy does not apply to the refusal of delivery, return of delivery, perishable goods, or items which have been personalised or custom-made for you based on inaccurate information provided during the order process. If the goods that we deliver are genuinely faulty, damaged, or defective, we will replace them or issue a full refund.

Please note that product returns cannot be accepted in person at our farm office address. You must contact us in writing or by email before returning any goods.

Images on our site are provided for illustrative purposes only. We do not guarantee that your computer monitor will reproduce colors with absolute accuracy, or that a given image perfectly portrays the full options relating to that product.
